Tilesets
I highly recommend 2 things.
First, for organizational purposes, I recommend we create and sticky a few key toolset categories:
Tiles
Creatures
Doors
Items
Placeables
Second, if it has not already been included into CEP 2.4, I highly recommend Coulisfu's 'Oriental' themed tiles, doors and load screens.

Sliding Doors: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=2226 (* MAY already be in CEP)
Rural Outdoor Tiles: http://nwvault.ign.com/View.php?view=Hakpaks.Detail&id=2225
I'm not recommending his placeables because these have already been added into the CEP. The doors may already be included as well but I'm not sure. But the walls, gardens, buildings, floors etc. in the tilesets would make a great addition.

Trees/Woods Terrain Addition for Rural and Forest
In Six's Wildlands tileset, he created a wonderful tangled "-Woods" terrain option that looks a lot more natural than the old NWN Rural Trees (the impassable cluster of short trunks topped by a green leaf hat). It would be really wonderful to get Six's permission, or even help, to add his impassable thicket-like Woods to the existing Rural, Forest, Rural Winter, and even the TNO Castle Exterior sets. If we had that, I'd take the time to replace all of the old BioWare Trees Terrain with them in my PW. (I'd settle for having it in Rural and Forest).
A step further would be offering a couple of foliage colors - Six's existing dusty green, and a green more like the BW Trees' hat top. It is called a wish list, right? :)
In this thread, Just a Ghost shows placeables he's made using Six's tree clusters with the little raised terrain base removed:

Placeables would be nice too, but actual terrain would be better. How cool would this look in the Forest set, or up against a raised Rural cliff edge as a blocker with no trees below like CEP allowed?

Re: Tilesets
It's been a while since I checked on this post. Recently bought a home and moved so I'm a bit behind.
Since IGN NWVault is now defunct, here's a new DL link to Colisfou's Oriantal tiles and add-ons for NWN1:
