Installation instructions [fixed]

The CEP 2.6 page references out-of-date installation instructions.

Builders will need cep2_top_2_60.hak as the top hak and cep260.tlk as the talk file (using these files as the basis for any further customisation).

Thanks. I notice that the recommended order is now very different from 2.4. For existing modules, does this really matter? I just replaced the top hak in place, which seems to work OK so far.

Existing order doesn't really matter. I just put it in roughly alphabetical order. Technically, even the "top" hak doesn't have to be on top, since the files don't get overwritten by other haks.

The old list had different orders. I seem to recall higher number core haks once having to be above (or the other way around), but looking at the hak contents made me just list them more like Q does...in roughly alphabetical and number order.

The only time hak order may matter is if/when I add an optional "cep2_add_shields.hak" that overrides baseitems.2da to turn shields into 3-part items
