CEP Usefulness? Empty CEP Usefulness?

Here my questions before download:

1. Do really need this pack if I don 't to play online or modules require it?

2. Does it help make modules, I probably wont make any but still it would be nice to know?

3. Does it enhance single player play offline (better graphics etc.)?

!. No you don't.

2. If you do not plan to make modules, no.

3. I would have to say that is a matter of opinion.

CEP contains a huge amount of extra game content, more tilesets, placeable objects, clothing and weapons (and even heads) for your character and those around him/her, and much much more. Imagine a theatre where no new scenery was built for ten years and no new costumes added, the old stuff would be looking very old and if you were a regular visitor each play would look the same.

So...

You don't "need" it but it would increase the number of modules you can play solo and I would heartily recommend trying multi-player.

It makes world building a more satisfying experience and produces much more detailed, better looking, and more varied worlds. I've used it in everything I've built so far.

I would have to say a resounding yes.
